We will provide HCV attendees with Village updates followed by a talk by Village member Bobbi Rubinstein entitled  Creating a Life Plan as You Age ~ While this topic can sound daunting it will be presented in a structured way helping you determine how to put together information for your loved ones as you grow older. The End-of- Life Plan will give you and your family a road map to follow as you age. You may not think you need a Plan right now, but your Plan will give you and your family a road map to follow as you age.
