The Pilot Project of Village Encinitas is taking place at High Country Villas in Encinitas. Initially to become a member you must reside within this condominium community. You can be either an owner or someone who is renting. Once the Pilot Project is established, Village Encintias will be opening up to the entire city of Encinitas.
